This light has 9 user-selectable flash patterns:

1. rotate

2. double blink

5. SOS (Morse code) for rescue

Press the button located on the face of the light, directly above metal circle, to cycle through its nine flash/lighting functions. 

Pressing the button in 3 seconds, the light is off, and press again,
